Melamine-faced panels [MF-PB or MF-MDF] are created by high pressure heat bonding impregnated paper to particleboard or MDF to provide a highly wear and water resistant product surface finish.

The product is used for a wide range of applications, including kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and office furniture, in a variety of fashionable designs and textures.

Matching laminates and edge bands are offered to customers to complement the range and enhance the finished product.

Medium density fibreboard (MDF) is a versatile wood-based panel with good machinability. MDF has a consistent structure and density and a very smooth surface. This makes it suitable for routed, lacquered and painted finishes.

The MDF production process involves grinding wood chips into fibres and binding them with synthetic resin under heat and pressure. MDF is used mainly for the furniture industry, skirting boards, architraves, packaging material, in the door industry and in everything from book covers to shoes.

High density fibreboard (HDF) contains more wood fibre per cubic metre than MDF board. HDF is used mainly as the core material for laminate flooring.

Ultra Gloss and Ultra is an MDF covered with decorative gloss/matt foil on the front side and grainy textured identical color PP foil on the reverse. The high surface strength is secured by an additional PE protective film on the front side of the board, which should be removed only after the furniture has been assembled.

Lacquered MDF consists of MDF covered with water-diluted and UV resistant lacquers. It is easy to clean and is resistant to chemical substances and mechanical impact; it is environmentally friendly and available in a variety of decors and formats.

Ultraspan is a leading manufacturer of worktops. Customers can choose from a wide range of decors with various surfaces in matt or high gloss finish. You can find decors perfectly imitating wood, stone or fantasy decors. Besides worktops and window sills we can offer you a complete collection of accessories. We can offer to our customers an individual solution according to their needs. Enjoy the variety of our decors and surface finishes!

This High Density Fibreboard coated with water-based and UV resistant lacquers is suitable for applications such as drawer bases, interior doors, advertising boards and more. The surface is impact and chemical resistant.

CPL is the perfect material for surfaces that require enhanced durability and impact resistance. Produced by pressing multiple core layers and a decorative resin-impregnated paper, it is hardwearing, durable and hygienic.

CPL Standard is suitable for covering vertical surfaces such as doors and wall panels, as well as horizontal surfaces like home and retail countertops.

The CPL range is harmonised with our melamine-faced boards and gloss products and can be bonded to different wood-based substrates, offering countless design and application options for a wide variety of interiors.

Ultraply

Ultraply products provide the construction and manufacturing industries with one of the most comprehensive ranges of wood-based panel products. All our boards are designed to improve building performance, with ranges that includes both structural and non-structural products, and all with environmental, quality and performance accreditation.

Particleboard (sometimes known as chipboard) is a multi-purpose material and one of the most widely-used wood-based panels. Particleboard is an engineered wood-based product manufactured from wood chip particles and a synthetic binding resin. We form the board in a press using heat and pressure.

The main customers for particleboard are the furniture manufacturing and refurbishment sectors. Ideal for internal components, the product can also be coated with a decorative surface for applications such as kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and office furniture and shelving.

Plywood is an extremely versatile product made from thin sheets of softwood veneers bonded together to produce a flat sheet. It is used for a wide range of structural, interior and exterior applications – from formwork through to internal paneling.

It is durable, but light material, which can be easily processed. The cross grained construction of plywood improves its dimensional stability by reducing expansion and shrinkage.

It also ensures that plywood sheets remain relatively stable under changes of temperature and moisture. Plywood is environmentally-friendly product made from renewable raw material
