Ultradecor has recorded numerous cases of fraudulent advertisements posted on the Avito platform related to the sale of Ultradecor products (Kronospan prior to rebranding).
Fraudsters post advertisements on behalf of the company, use forged documents and details, mislead buyers, and collect advance payments for goods, after which they cease all communication.
The scammers pose as “dealers,” “representatives,” or “employees” of the company and, via messengers (WhatsApp, etc.), send counterfeit delivery notes, provide payment details taken from open sources, and promise delivery of the goods after payment.
They ask buyers to transfer payment to personal bank cards or to a marketplace card (Ozon or Wildberries), which has no relation to the company’s official payment channels.
We have already submitted complaints to Avito support. Some profiles have been blocked; however, new advertisements and accounts continue to appear, indicating a systematic fraudulent scheme.
Please note:
– Email correspondence is conducted only from corporate addresses ending in @ultradecor.com.
– The company does not use free email services or messengers for commercial negotiations.
– Payment for Ultradecor products is accepted only under official contracts and invoices issued by the company.

If you are offered Ultradecor products via an online marketplace, we strongly recommend that you:
1. Verify the authenticity of the offer by contacting the official email address: pr@ultradecor.com.
2. Confirm whether the seller is an official distributor of the company.
3. If you have any doubts, do not make an advance payment and report suspicious advertisements to law enforcement authorities.
