Purpose of the Position: Managing sales activities from Igorevskaya, achieving sales targets, enlarging customer base, ensuring high level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and oversee annual and monthly sales budgets, ensuring timely execution and adherence.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual and monthly sales budgets.
Define target markets, set pricing strategies, and build a product portfolio.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize results.
Identify potential customers, build long-term business relationships.
Expand the customer base by attracting and retaining clients.
Monitor stock levels and address customer needs with timely solutions.
Maintain and build strong client relationships through regular visits and interactions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitable terms.
Provide timely trade offers, marketing materials, and samples.
Handle claims and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
University degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years in sales of wood-based panels.
Knowledge of products: particleboards, melamine-faced particleboards.
Knowledge of particleboards market, clients.
Very strong communication and negotiations skills. Eager to negotiate and sell, hardworking attitude, discipline, fare, loyal, honest.
English is a plus.
Driving license cat. B.
