Purpose of the Position: Controlling of processes and their impact on financial results of agreed portfolio of companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement commercial control processes.
• Analyse business and control business operations.
• Prepare benchmark for Holding sites and implement best practice.
• Develop business operations to reach KPIs and targets.
• Standardize existing procedures to Holding standards.
• Establish quality of reporting to influence better financial results.
• Process weak points identification and propose for bottlenecks elimination.
• Prepare internal manuals.
• Implement Month End Close procedures/ Benchmarking/ Management reporting.
• Propose to management action plans for costs reduction
• Prepare budget fulfilment reporting and forecasts.

Requirements:

• University degree in economics.
• Work experience as financial analyst/ controller/ accountant/ auditor minimum 3 years.
• Knowledge of financial ratios.
• Self-discipline, analytics skills, ability to handle a big amount of information
• Advanced PC user: MS Office, 1C.
