Purpose of the Position: Provide comprehensive legal support for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review and standardize a wide range of contracts, including supplier agreements, trade agreements, as well as internal policies and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in business processes.
• Monitor legislative changes and advise on their impact on the organization.
• Represent the company in negotiations with clients, suppliers, and government authorities. Prepares minutes of meetings and negotiations.
• Handle legal proceedings and disputes, including preparation and representation in court.
• Provide legal opinions and strategic advice to management on various legal issues.
• Manage preparation and flow of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on legal activities and disputes.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper organization of sensitive legal information.

Requirements:

• University degree in law from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial or manufacturing company, with expertise in civil, labor, tax, and administrative law.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing industry regulations, including trade, export/import.
• English C1/C2
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• High level of self-discipline.
