Purpose of the Position: Lead and manage all HR-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment process, including hiring for key positions for the entire Causa Holding. Recruit for Causa production sites in Uzbekistan and abroad.
• Manage hiring, promotions, dismissals, and working time management (vacations, business trips) for the local company.
• Ensure compliance with labor and migration laws.
• Organize induction and advanced training programs. Evaluate training efficiency and oversee succession planning.
• Manage employee assessments and analyze results.
• Administer payroll and bonus distribution.
• Prepare and implement internal policies and procedures based on Ultradecor policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR budget.
• Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting as per company standards.
• Manage preparation and revision of job descriptions.
• Promote Ultradecor HR brand.
• Manage preparation and revision of chain of command and org-charts.

Requirements:

• University degree (preferably in Human Resources or related field).
• Minimum 5 years in HR management.
• Proven knowledge of local labor legislation and recruitment practices.
• English – B2.
• Excellent communication skills.
• PC literacy: MS Office, 1C.
