Purpose of the Position: Purchasing materials and services for construction and investment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase construction materials such as sand, crushed stone, metal structures, and cement.
• Build and manage a supplier portfolio, ensuring the availability of quality resources.
• Organize and manage tender processes for investment projects.
• Collect, compare, and negotiate supplier offers to secure the best solutions.
• Define and communicate technical specifications to suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to contracts and delivery schedules.
• Control delivery terms and schedules.
• Handle claims and disputes with suppliers when contract terms are violated.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities following company policies.
• Prepare reports on procurement performance and material usage for management review.

Requirements:

• University degree: technical education is an advantage, civil construction is a strong plus.
• Minimum 2 years in procurement, preferably in construction or investment projects.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Problem-solving mind-set with a focus on results.
• English – B1 is a plus.
