Purpose of the Position: Manage all electrical operations and maintenance in PB production to ensure efficiency, safety, and reliability of equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee efficient operation of all electrical equipment.
• Implement regular maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical equipment issues promptly.
• Organize and supervise all repair activities for machinery and electrical equipment.
• Manage equipment improvements and replacements to improve performance.
• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance and repair activities.
• Order spare electrical parts and consumables.
• Optimize the use of materials and resources during repairs and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to lower maintenance costs.
• Minimize unplanned equipment downtime under electrical reasons to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in the installation and setup of new production equipment.
• Introduce and implement energy-saving practices and technologies.
• Lead and train mechanics team, including recruitment, appraisals and staff development initiatives.
• Ensure labour safety, fire safety and risk management standards.

Requirements:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in PB production or wood-based panels production.
• Experience in operating high-powered energy plants and large size industrial installations, equipped with hydraulic and pneumatic systems with high automation level.
• Knowledge of electrical systems in industrial environments.
• English – B2 is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, effective communication and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and safety standards.
