Purpose of the Position: Managing of lacquering production.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage lacquering production process, including chipping, flaking, drying, gluing, pressing, sanding, packaging, quality control.
Fulfil production budget, control quality standards and establish operational rules and procedures.
Improve continuously production efficiency, reduce costs, increase output.
Minimize downtime and production
Fulfil maintenance schedules.
Report production data.
Develop and implement profit improvement projects.
Implement high standards of housekeeping.
Lead and train production team, including recruitment, appraisals and staff development initiatives.
Ensure labour safety, fire safety and risk management standards.
Requirements:
Technical education: chemical, mechanical or electrical.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in paint, lacquers, or chemical production, including project management and team leadership.
Strong knowledge of paint and lacquers manufacturing processes, equipment, and formulations.
Familiarity with production, inventory management and quality control systems.
English – B2 is a plus.
Strong communication skills, people management skills, focus on results, fast decision-making.
